JUSTICE CAROLINA G. AQUINO (RET.)

Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Amity Travel Corporation.   Having retired  as  an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines, Justice  Aquino's impeccable and unblemished track record in Government Service is  definitely most noteworthy to mention.

DR. MILAGROS C. DAEZ-SEVILLA

A Doctor of Medicine by profession  and a very successful businesswoman as evidenced by  her being the President of Merced Drug House, a retail chain drugstore,  President of Merced Bakehouse,  a cake and restaurant outlet and Director of Capitol Medical Center. She is currently the Treasurer of Amity Travel Corporation.

JOSE A. GATCHALIAN

Former President of the country's  largest pharmaceutical manufacturer, United Laboratories in the 70's.  After leaving United Laboratories, he set up Legaspi Resources Inc., a management company with investment in food manufacturing and distribution.  He is the person mainly responsible for the growth of the Universal Foods Corp. (UFC), the no. 1 Banana Catsup manufacturer in the country.  Presently serving as the President of Amity Travel Corp. and Sunny Farms, Inc.  in San Francisco, California.  He currently resides in the United States.

LEONOR O'LEARY

An original Incorporator of Amity Travel Corporation, better known for her active role in the Hotel and Restaurant Association of the Philippines being the owner of Marco Polo Restaurant.  She was formerly the President of Soroptomist International, Philippine Chapter and a member of numerous civic organizations in the Philippines.

ROSARIO R. VILLAR

Her  active involvement  in socio-economic organizations include  Goodwill Industries of the Philippines,  Federation of Women's Club in the Philippines, and the President of the Ladies Chapter of Canlubang Golf and Country Club made her an outstanding civic-minded lady not to mention her being also an original Incorporator of the Company. 

ROSAURO D. VILLALUZ

In 1987, he was appointed as Director of Amity Travel in addition to his present function as Purchasing Manager of Merced Drug House, Inc. and a Director of Merced Foto, Inc.

Elected in 1994 as a Director of Amity having served as the General Manager of the company since 1985. Prior to his involvement in the Travel Industry, his experience includes financial institutions with specialization in Branch Expansion and Development, Real Estate Projects, Retail Drug Industry and a Management Company with  investment in food-related and food manufacturing companies.

DRA. JOSEPHINE S. SARMIENTOA Doctor of Medicine by profession and an active member of several civic-minded organizations. Married to Dr. Augusto Sarmiento, who is currently the Medical Director of the Medical City Hospital in Mandaluyong City.
